Buy: Any one (1) Disney’s A Christmas Carol or The Search for Santa Paws Blu-ray or DVD – PLUS – two (2) participating Kernel Season’s products.

Mail Requirements:

  1. Proof-of-purchase tab from your one (1) Disney’s A Christmas Carol or The Search for Santa Paws Blu-ray or DVD purchase. Proof of purchase tab is located on back of Blu-ray or DVD package just above the UPC code.
  2. Two UPC codes from your two (2) participating Kernel Season’s product purchases.
  3. Cash register receipt from your one (1) Disney’s A Christmas Carol or The Search for Santa Paws Blu-ray or DVD purchase imprinted with store name and dated between November 16, 2010 and February 28, 2011 with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).
  4. Cash register receipt from your two (2) participating Kernel Seasons product purchases imprinted with store name and dated between October 15, 2010 and February 28, 2011 with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).
  5. This hand-printed, completed certificate.
