Buy: any one (1) ) Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, Santa Buddies or UP Blu-ray or DVD – PLUS – two (2) participating Kernel Season’s products.

Mail Requirements:

  1. Proof-of-purchase tab from your one (1) Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, Santa Buddies or UP Blu-ray or DVD purchase. Proof of purchase tab is located on back of Blu-ray or DVD package just above the UPC code.
  2. Two UPC codes from your two (2) participating Kernel Season’s product purchases.
  3. Cash register receipt from your one (1) Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, Santa Buddies or UP Blu-ray or DVD purchase imprinted with store name and dated between September 15, 2009 and February 28, 2010 with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).
  4. Cash register receipt from your two (2) participating Kernel Seasons product purchases imprinted with store name and dated between September 15, 2009 and February 28, 2010 with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).
  5. This hand-printed, completed certificate.
