Does Kernel Season's provide free samples?
Due to the high volume of requests, Kernel Season's is unable to provide free samples. However, any orders placed with us are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with a particular flavor we will refund your money or send you a new flavor to try. Also, thousands of movie theatres across the country offer Kernel Season's as a free shake-on popcorn topping.

Is Kernel Season's certified Kosher?
Kernel Season's is certified Kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (CRC).

Does Kernel Season's take flavor suggestions?
We appreciate all of your flavor suggestions. You can email them to us through our Contact Us page. We always take the suggestions into consideration during our next flavor review. Kernel Season's tries to launch 1 or 2 new flavors every year to keep the No More Naked Popcorn Revolution exciting.

What is the shelf life of the Seasoning?
Kernel Season's will retain its flavor for up to 1 year after purchase. At that point, the flavor profile might change slightly.

Does Kernel Season's offer donations?
Because of the great number of requests received each year, Kernel Season's is forced to limit the number of requests it is able to fill. Requests for donations of products may be submitted in writing, along with detailed information about the organization, event, and any other material that will allow us to evaluate the request to: Kernel Season's, LLC, 2401 E. Can you purchase Kernel Season's in a larger size?
Currently, we only offer the retail size jar on our website. However, you can order the larger size jars by calling our office directly at 866-EAT-POPCORN (328-7672). The larger size available is: “Chef Size” (approximately 10oz.) - $8.29/jar. There is a “Buy 4 Get 1 Free” offer on the “Chef Size” containers.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship from Chicago via UPS ground to anywhere in the continental United States. Our goal is to ship the order in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. The transit time can take 1-4 business days based on your distance from Chicago.

Does Kernel Season’s ship to APO/FPO addresses?

What is the shipping cost on International Orders?
The product will be shipped via USPS and the customer will be contacted in regards to the shipping charges.

Can Kernel Season's be used on any type of popcorn?
Microwave Popcorn: Generously sprinkle 1 capful onto freshly popped popcorn. Close bag and shake well.
Air-Popped Popcorn: Spray popcorn with fat-free vegetable oil spray to help the seasoning stick. Generously sprinkle 1 capful of seasoning onto popcorn and shake well.
