We’re going (coco)NUTS over this DIY Chocolate Coconut Almond Popcorn recipe! The perfect, easy sweet treat for family movie night this Summer break.


Ingredients


– 6 cups popped popcorn

–  1 package chocolate almond bark

–  1 cup chopped almonds

–  1/2 cup shredded or grated coconut

–  1/2 tsp coconut extract (a little goes a LONG way)

Preparation


1)  Prepare popcorn

2) Melt chocolate almond bark and pour over popcorn, coating evenly Chocolate Coconut Almond Popcorn

3) Add Coconut extract to popcorn; stir

4) Add almonds and shredded coconut

5) Stir until everything is evenly combined (try to resist from eating it right out of the bowl!)

Cookie Butter Popcorn

For all the cookie monsters out there, this Cookie Butter Popcorn recipe is for you!  Cookies + Popcorn? C’mon, how could you say no to that? 🙂  Give it a try and let us know what you think!


Ingredients


– 6 cups popped popcorn

– 1/2 package of Vanilla Almond Bark 

– 3/4 cup melted Biscoff Cookie Butter 

– 5 Biscoff cookies broken into bite size pieces 


Preparation


– Prepare popcorn 

– Melt almond bark according to package instructions 

– Melt cookie butter in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted down 

– Add melted cookie butter to almond bark and stir until combined

– Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated 

– Add broken cookies, stir

– Spread popcorn into one layer on parchment paper and allow to cool

– Enjoy!!
