Eggnog Popcorn

Our Kernel twist on a Holiday Classic, Eggnog.  This Eggnog Popcorn is warm with bursts of rich vanilla flavor. Sit back, relax and munch of this new Holiday favorite!  Happy Holidays!


Ingredients


–  6 cups popped popcorn

–  1 package Vanilla Almond Bark 

–  1 package vanilla pudding mix 

–  1/2 tsp. nutmeg

–  1/4 tsp. cinnamon 

–  1/4 tsp. rum extract (available at Wal-Mart)


Preparation


–  Prepare popcorn

–  Melt Almond Bark following package melting instructions 

–  Add rum extract to Almond Bark, pour over popcorn 

–  Stir until popcorn is completely coated 

–  In a small bowl add vanilla pudding, nutmeg and cinnamon 

–  Pour over popcorn and stir until completely coated 

–  Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread out popcorn to allow to set 

–  Enjoy and Happy Holidays!
