Maple Pecan Popcorn


Treat your taste-buds to this homemade Maple Pecan Popcorn Recipe!¬†ūüćāūüćĀ¬†


 Maple Pecan Popcorn


Ingredients


For Maple Popcorn 

– 6 cups popped popcorn

Р1 cup brown sugar packed 

– 1/2 cup maple sugar

Р 1/2 stick of butter 

Candied Pecans 

Р 1 cup pecan halves 

Р 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar

Р 1 1/2 tsp water

Р1/4 tsp maple syrup 

Р 1/8 tsp salt


 Preparation 


 РPrepare popcorn 

Р For candied pecans, in a medium skillet over medium/low heat, toast pecans until fragrant (about 5 minutes) 

Р While toasting pecans, in a small bowl, mix brown sugar, water, maple syrup and salt

Р Remove pecans from heat and add maple sugar mixture, stirring constantly

Р Once sugar mixture has hardened to pecans, spread on a baking sheet to cool 

Maple Pecan Popcorn

Р In a large pot, melt butter, brown sugar and maple syrup 

РAllow to simmer for 5 minutes 

Р Add 1 tsp. baking soda and stir, mixture will expand

Р Remove from heat, add popcorn and stir until event coated 

Р Spread on a baking sheet to allow to cool and set 

Р Once everything has cooled, chop pecans into bite size pieces and mix into popcorn

Salted Caramel Popcorn

Sweet and Savory Salted Caramel Popcorn! This homemade popcorn recipe is just in time for Fall weekend movie nights with the family! 


 Ingredients


Salted Caramel Popcorn

Р6 cups popped popcorn 

Р1 cup brown sugar 

Р1/2 stick butter 

Р 1/4 cup light corn syrup 

Р 1 tsp. baking soda

Р 1 1/2 tsps coarse sea salt 

Р Coarse sea salt for topping 

Р 15 Р20 caramel candies


 Preparation


Р Prepare Popcorn

Р In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup together; stirring until sugar has dissolved

Р Allow to lightly simmer for 5 minutes 

Р Add sea salt and baking soda, careful mixture will expand! 

Р Add popcorn and stir until evenly coated 

Р Spread on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool

Р Cut caramel candies into small pieces and toss into popcorn once it has cooled and set

Р Top with a sprinkle of sea salt

Р Enjoy a delicious Fall caramel popcorn!

Salty Chocolate Pretzel Popcorn

Salty & sweet is the ultimate popcorn treat! This Salted Chocolate Pretzel Popcorn recipe is the perfect Fall sweet treat with the family! Go ahead, grab a bowl!


Ingredients


Р 6 cups popped popcorn

Р 1 package Chocolate Almond Bark

Р 15 Old Tyme Jumbo Pretzels (or any pretzel you like)

Р Coarse salt for topping


Preparation


Р Prepare popcorn

Р Melt Chocolate Almond Bark following package instructions

Р Break pretzels into bite size pieces

Р Pour chocolate over popcorn and add pretzels, stir

Р Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Р Pour popcorn over parchment and sprinkle with sea salt

Р Allow to cool

Р Enjoy!
