Salted Caramel Popcorn

Sweet and Savory Salted Caramel Popcorn! This homemade popcorn recipe is just in time for Fall weekend movie nights with the family! 


 Ingredients


Salted Caramel Popcorn

– 6 cups popped popcorn 

– 1 cup brown sugar 

– 1/2 stick butter 

–  1/4 cup light corn syrup 

–  1 tsp. baking soda

–  1 1/2 tsps coarse sea salt 

–  Coarse sea salt for topping 

–  15 – 20 caramel candies


 Preparation


–  Prepare Popcorn

–  In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup together; stirring until sugar has dissolved

–  Allow to lightly simmer for 5 minutes 

–  Add sea salt and baking soda, careful mixture will expand! 

–  Add popcorn and stir until evenly coated 

–  Spread on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool

–  Cut caramel candies into small pieces and toss into popcorn once it has cooled and set

–  Top with a sprinkle of sea salt

–  Enjoy a delicious Fall caramel popcorn!

Shark Bait Popcorn Shark Bait (popcorn) HOO HA HA… name that movie! 🙂 These JAWesome Shark Bait Popcorn recipes are just in time for Shark Week 🦈! Whether you’re headed to the beach (eeep!) or spending the night in with delicious popcorn and a great white shark, we’ve got you covered! (Check out below).


Shark Bait Ingredients


Shark Bait Popcorn

–  6 cups popped popcorn

–  1 bag mini marshmallows

–  1 stick butter

–  2 Tbsp red sprinkles

–  Swedish Fish for topping


Preparation


1) Over medium heat in a large pot, melt butter

2) Once melted, add marshmallows, stirring constantly until melted

3) Add popcorn to marshmallows, stir until evenly coated

4) Spread on lined baking sheet and sprinkle with red sprinkles

Popcorn Chum Bars


Now if you’re staying in and need to get the attention of your Pups (kiddos) these Popcorn Chums Bars will do just the trick!

Chum Bars Ingredients


–  6 cups popped popcorn

–  1 bag mini marshmallows

–  1 stick butter

–  1 sleeve graham crackers (crushed using a rolling pin and plastic baggie)

–  Swedish Fish or shark gummies


Preparation


1) Prepare popcorn

2) Spray  square baking dish with nonstick spray

3) Over medium heat in a large pot, melt butter

4) Once melted, add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted

5) Add popcorn to melted marshmallows and stir until coated evenly

6) Arrange 6-8 Swedish Fish in bottom of baking dish

7) Add popcorn, pushing down firmly into dish

8) Add graham cracker crumbs to top of popcorn and allow to cool and set

9) Once cooled, cut into bars and watch as your Pups circle!

Let’s get this fiesta started with tangy and fresh Cilantro Lime Popcorn! An easy recipe to shake up your Cino De Mayo. 


Ingredients 


–  6 cups popped popcorn 

–  Zest and juice of 1 lime 

–  1 – 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

–  Pinch of salt for taste 


Preparation


–  Prepare popcorn 

–  Zest and juice lime, set aside 

–  Add popcorn to a large mixing bowl with lime juice, zest, chopped cilantro and salt

–  Stir until evenly mixed

–  Enjoy!

Snack into summer with the classic sweet and savory southern tang in this Honey Mustard Popcorn Recipe. 


Ingredients


–  6 cups popped popcorn

–  1 stick of butter

–  1/4 cup honey

–  1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

–  1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

–  1 tsp. dried mustard

–  Salt (to taste)

–  Garlic powder (to taste)


Preparation


–  Prepare popcorn

–  Preheat oven to 250°

–  Over medium heat, melt butter and honey

–  Add Dijon mustard, bring to simmer

–  Remove from heat and slowly pour over popcorn

–  Add onion, dried mustard, salt and garlic powder, stir

–  Line baking sheet with parchment and spread out popcorn

–  Bake for 20 minutes stirring occasionally

Glitz, Glam and Popcorn. Celebrate watching the biggest award show this weekend with popcorn delicious enough to win The Best Viewing Party Award! This homemade Golden Popcorn is the perfect snack to munch on while watching your favorite actors and actresses glammed up on the Red Carpet or accepting their award! We’ll be there accepting an award for this popcorn ;). 


Ingredients


–  6 cups prepared popcorn

–  Vanilla Almond Bark

–  Gold sprinkles

–  Gold Color Mist (optional: can be found at craft stores or in the baking aisle at grocery stores)


Preparation


–  Prepare popcorn

–  Melt vanilla almond bark following package instructions

–  Add melted almond bark to popcorn and stir until evenly coated

–  Spread popcorn onto parchment paper to allow to cool

–  Sprinkle with gold sprinkles and spray with gold mist at this time

Cookie Butter Popcorn

For all the cookie monsters out there, this Cookie Butter Popcorn recipe is for you!  Cookies + Popcorn? C’mon, how could you say no to that? 🙂  Give it a try and let us know what you think!


Ingredients


– 6 cups popped popcorn

– 1/2 package of Vanilla Almond Bark 

– 3/4 cup melted Biscoff Cookie Butter 

– 5 Biscoff cookies broken into bite size pieces 


Preparation


– Prepare popcorn 

– Melt almond bark according to package instructions 

– Melt cookie butter in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted down 

– Add melted cookie butter to almond bark and stir until combined

– Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated 

– Add broken cookies, stir

– Spread popcorn into one layer on parchment paper and allow to cool

– Enjoy!!

Honey Butter Popcorn Recipe

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this homemade, delicious Honey Butter Popcorn Recipe! We promise, it tastes just as good as it looks. 🙂 


Ingredients


–  6 cups popped popcorn 

–  1 stick butter  

–  1 cup sugar 

–  2/3 cup honey

–  1 teaspoon butter extract 

–  1 teaspoon baking soda


Preparation 


–  Prepare popcorn 

–  In a large pot, over medium heat, add butter, sugar, honey and butter extract 

–  Allow all ingredients to blend; simmer for 5 minutes 

–  Add baking soda (mixture will expand) 

–  Pour honey butter mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated 

–  Spread popcorn on a lined baking sheet to cool 

–  Once completely cooled, drizzle with a little more honey 🙂 

–  Enjoy!

Happy Summer 🙂

Sit back and relax with this delicious Strawberry Lemonade Popcorn recipe! Sweet strawberries paired with tart lemons creates a refreshing treat for your hot Summer days by the pool! 


Ingredients


–  6 cups popcorn 

–  1 package white chocolate chips or vanilla Almond bark 

–  1/2 package strawberry Jell-O mix

–  1/2 package lemon Jell-O mix 


Preparation


–  Prepare popcorn 

–  Melt white chocolate chips in microwave; stirring every 30 seconds 

–  Divide popcorn into two large bowls (3 cups in each) 

–  Pour half of the melted chocolate over one bowl and add strawberry Jell-O; stir until evenly coated 

–  Pour remaining chocolate over popcorn in second bowl; add lemon Jell-O mix, stir

–  Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spread popcorn to one even layer to allow chocolate to set (do not mix flavors yet!)  

–  Once chocolate has set, add both strawberry and lemon popcorn to a large serving bowl and ENJOY!
