Not a lot better than a quick, easy and delicious DIY Caramel Apple Popcorn Recipe to “fall back” into this weekend. This one’s got a perfect combination of tart, sweet and spice from apple cider. YUM!

 

Ingredients


Caramel Corn
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup apple cider
1/2 tsp apple extract
1 tsp baking soda
6 cups popped popcorn

 

Topping
10 caramel candies cut into bite size pieces.

 

  Preparation


‚Äď ¬†Prepare popcorn
‚Äď ¬†In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, apple cider and apple extract together; stirring until sugar has dissolved
‚Äď ¬†Allow to lightly simmer for 5 minutes¬†
‚Äď ¬†Add baking soda and stir. Mixture will expand and thicken.¬†
‚Äď ¬†Add popcorn and stir until evenly coated¬†
‚Äď ¬†Spread on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool
‚Äď ¬†Cut caramel candies into small pieces and toss into popcorn once it has cooled and set
‚Äst Break up, divide into bowls (or serving bowl) and enjoy

Salted Caramel Popcorn

Sweet and Savory Salted Caramel Popcorn! This homemade popcorn recipe is just in time for Fall weekend movie nights with the family! 


 Ingredients


Salted Caramel Popcorn

Р6 cups popped popcorn 

Р1 cup brown sugar 

Р1/2 stick butter 

Р 1/4 cup light corn syrup 

Р 1 tsp. baking soda

Р 1 1/2 tsps coarse sea salt 

Р Coarse sea salt for topping 

Р 15 Р20 caramel candies


 Preparation


Р Prepare Popcorn

Р In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup together; stirring until sugar has dissolved

Р Allow to lightly simmer for 5 minutes 

Р Add sea salt and baking soda, careful mixture will expand! 

Р Add popcorn and stir until evenly coated 

Р Spread on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool

Р Cut caramel candies into small pieces and toss into popcorn once it has cooled and set

Р Top with a sprinkle of sea salt

Р Enjoy a delicious Fall caramel popcorn!

Unicorn Popcorn Recipe

Kids begging you for a certain beverage as of late? ūüôā Skip the small fortune and satisfy the sweet tooth with this magical Unicorn Popcorn Recipe.


Ingredients


‚Äď 6 cups popped popcorn

‚Äst1 package strawberry (or raspberry) Jell-O

‚Äst1 package berry blue Jell-O

‚Äď 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark

‚Ästpink and blue sprinkles

 


Preparation


‚Äď Prepare popcorn and divide into two bowls (or two Ziplock bags)

‚Äď Melt Almond Bark according to package instructions

‚ÄstPour equal parts of almond bark onto each bowl or bag of popcorn

‚Äď Stir or shake to coat popcorn evenly with melted Almond Bark

‚ÄstAdd Strawberry Jell-O to one bowl or bag, and stir/shake until evenly coated

‚ÄstPour¬†Berry Blue Jell-O to the remaining bowl or bag, and stir/shake until evenly coated

‚ÄstAdd blue sprinkles to Berry Blue popcorn and pink sprinkles to Strawberry popcorn

‚Äď Allow almond bark to set and combine both in a large bowl

‚ÄstPop in your favorite movie and enjoy ūüôā

Mexican Hot Chocolate Popcorn

When you need that little extra kick, this Mexican Hot Chocolate Popcorn recipe is exactly what you’re looking for. ¬†Rich, chocolaty popcorn with a kick of spice.¬†


Ingredients


Р 6 cups prepared popcorn 

Р Chocolate almond bark (1 package)

Р 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix 

Р 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper (more depending on personal preference  and taste) 


Preparation


Р Prepare popcorn

Р Melt almond bark following package instructions

Р Add popcorn and melted almond bark to a bag (plastic works best) and shake until evenly coated

РAdd hot chocolate mix and cayenne pepper to the bag and shake until popcorn is evenly coated 

Р Spread onto parchment paper and allow to cool and for chocolate to set

Eggnog Popcorn

Our Kernel twist on a Holiday Classic, Eggnog.  This Eggnog Popcorn is warm with bursts of rich vanilla flavor. Sit back, relax and munch of this new Holiday favorite!  Happy Holidays!


Ingredients


Р 6 cups popped popcorn

Р 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark 

Р 1 package vanilla pudding mix 

Р 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Р 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 

Р 1/4 tsp. rum extract (available at Wal-Mart)


Preparation


Р Prepare popcorn

Р Melt Almond Bark following package melting instructions 

Р Add rum extract to Almond Bark, pour over popcorn 

Р Stir until popcorn is completely coated 

Р In a small bowl add vanilla pudding, nutmeg and cinnamon 

Р Pour over popcorn and stir until completely coated 

Р Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread out popcorn to allow to set

Salty Chocolate Pretzel Popcorn

Р 6 cups popped popcorn

Р 1 package Chocolate Almond Bark

Р 15 Old Tyme Jumbo Pretzels (or any pretzel you like)

Р Coarse salt for topping


Preparation


Р Prepare popcorn

Р Melt Chocolate Almond Bark following package instructions

Р Break pretzels into bite size pieces

Р Pour chocolate over popcorn and add pretzels, stir

Р Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Р Pour popcorn over parchment and sprinkle with sea salt

Frankenstein Popcorn

Halloween is almost here and we have a scary good popcorn recipe for just for you! This Monster¬†Popcorn will have it’s eye on you this Halloween! Can you guess what monster we picked? ūüėȬ†


Ingredients


Р 6 cups popped popcorn

Р 1 box green (lime) Jell-O mix

Р Package Vanilla Almond Bark

Р Green food coloring

Р Halloween eyeball candies

Р 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Р Purple food coloring (red and blue mixed)


Preparation


Р Prepare Popcorn

Р Melt almond bark following package instructions

–¬†¬†Add green food coloring until desired color (we used about 8-10 drops)

Р Pour green almond bark over popcorn, stir until completely coated

Р Sprinkle lime Jell-O mixture over popcorn, stir

Р Spread popcorn on a lined baking sheet and allow to set

Р Add sugar to a small zip-lock, add red and blue food coloring and shake, shake, shake until sugar turns purple

– ¬†Once popcorn has set toss in eyeball candies until desired spookiness ūüôā

Р Add popcorn to serving bowl and top with purple sugar

Р 6 cups popped popcorn

Р 1 stick butter

Р 1 cup brown sugar

Р 1 tablespoon light corn syrup

Р 1 bag mini marshmallows

– ¬†Kernel Season’s Caramel Drizzle Brittle


Preparation


Р Prepare popcorn

Р Melt butter in a medium pot over medium heat

Р Add brown sugar and corn syrup until well blended

Р Add marshmallows and stir constantly on low heat until melted

Р Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated

Р Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and press marshmallow popcorn into an even layer

Р Allow to cool and cut into squares

Р Drizzle with Caramel Drizzle Brittle and Enjoy!

Р 6 cups popped popcorn

Р 1 stick butter

Р 1 cup brown sugar

Р 1 tablespoon butter extract

Р 1/4 cup light corn syrup

Р 1 tablespoon baking soda

Р 1 cup chopped pecans


Preparation


Р Prepare popcorn

Р In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter

Р Add sugar, butter extract and corn syrup

Р Allow to boil for 5 minutes

Р Add baking soda, mixture will expand

Р In a large bowl, pour caramel mixture over popcorn (be careful, it will be hot!)

Р Chop pecans into bite size pieces and mix into popcorn

Р Stir until everything is evenly coated and incorporated

Р Spread on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool

Р Enjoy!
