  1. Prepare popcorn whichever way you'd like (air popper, microwave, stove top, pre-popped)
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat
  3. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, and peach preserves
  4. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, and peach preserves
  5. When mixture comes to a boil, allow to sit for 2 minutes and then stir in baking soda (it will puff up/expand!)
  6. Immediately stir in popcorn into the pot until coated evenly
  7. Pour coated popcorn out on parchment paper or another nonstick surface and allow to cool
  8. Sprinkle popcorn with some extra white sugar and dried fruit (optional)
  9. Enjoy!
