Low Fat Beef and Couscous
1/2 Small Onion chopped 1/2 pd of Lean Ground Beef(98% if possible) 1 tsp of garlic powder, 3 tbsp of parmesan & garlic KS, salt to taste olive oil in the Flavored Grains,(highly suggest Near East Creative Grains -Roasted Garlic) brown rice or couscous. Cook grains as directed on box. If you don't want to use any oil in your grains, you will be fine. Within 15 minutes of being finished with your boxed grains, start the meat mixture. Spray skillet. Add all ingredients to the pan and cook on medium high heat until all pink is gone in your meat. After grains are cooked, add the meat mixture into the grains and stir thoroughly. Serve with vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli on the side. This meal is extremely low fat if you want it to be. Don't use high fat ground beef, and omit the oil from the grains direction. Just watch to make sure they don't burn! You will have no leftovers with this dish!!

Quick Pasta Sauce
Empty your favorite pre-made (jar) pasta sauce into a sauce pan. Warm. Add 1 Tablespoon of Parmesan and Garlic seasoning per 1/2 cup of sauce. Stir and serve with spaghetti, tortellini, lasagna or mostaccioli.

Dinner Roll Garlic Bread
Prepare your favorite refrigerated dinner roll in the oven. Remove from the oven. Open and butter rolls. Sprinkle Parmesan and Garlic seasoning on rolls. Voila! Instant Garlic Bread!!

Chicken Casserole
Ingredients: 2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts cubed, 1 14 oz can cream of chicken soup, 1 chicken broth cube, 1/2 lb noodles of choice (Radiatore; penne), 2 cups frozen vegetables thawed. Cube and cook chicken. Place into casserole dish. Meanwhile, cook noodles untill al-dente. Drain and add noodles to casserole. Add vegetables. Stir until well mixed. Boil approximately 1/4 cup of water in a small sauce pan. Completely dissolve bouillon cube. Add can of soup. Stir until well mixed. Add to casserole. Stir one more time. Cover, bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. After removing casserole from oven, shake 1-2 tablespoons over the top of the casserole. Mix into casserole, and serve.

Chicken Casserole
Cut pitas in 1/4s. Spray pitas with garlic or regular Pam or brush with butter or margarine on both sides. You can also use olive oil. Season with the desired Kernel Season's Seasoning. Put foil on baking sheet and lay pitas on it. Bake at 225 F for 15 minutes and watch carefully.
