Cowboy Stuffing
1 14 ½ oz can of chicken broth,
3 Tablespoons butter,
4 cups of unseasoned cubed bread for stuffing,
4 Tablespoons of Parmesan and Garlic seasoning. Try adding nuts or vegetables to make this stuffing a favorite for your family. Pour the can of chicken broth and the butter into a pan and heat until it boils. Remove from heat and add the bread cubes and seasonings. This can be baked in a casserole dish, muffin pan (individual serving sizes) or into your favorite turkey or chicken. If baking in the oven, bake at 375 F for 25 minutes or until done.
Healthy ranch tomatoes
Clean and slice tomatoes in thin to medium slices. Arrange on plate. Sprinkle with Ranch seasoning, serve.
Ranch Croutons
Cube several slices of thick French bread into 1 inch cubes. Place on a cookie sheet. Spray with olive
oil using an olive oil mister. Sprinkle generously with Ranch seasoning. Turn or stir cubes to coat all sides.
Bake at 400F until cubes are golden brown and crunchy (10-15 minutes).
Ranch or Jalapeno Dressing:
Yields approximately 1 cup of dressing. 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip), and 3 tablespoons Ranch or Jalapeno flavored seasoning. Mix and serve chilled. Great with deep fried onion rings, chicken strips etc also good as a salad dressing.
Ranch Potato Skins
Bake potatoes. Cut in quarters length-wise. Remove inside of potatoes and save for another use. Generously
sprinkle ranch seasoning on and serve or add shredded mozzarella cheese, warm skins and generously sprinkle
ranch seasoning on top.
