Homemade Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips
Wash and clean potato(s) Peel if desired Slice potatoes very thinly. Keep in a bowl of cold water. Set up deep fryer and turn on to 375°F. When oil is hot, place in sliced potatoes one at a time. Chips will fry quickly. Watch them closely so that they do not burn. When edges are brown, remove from hot oil and place on towel paper to dry. Immediately sprinkle generously with seasoning.

Fresh Vegetables
1. Select fresh vegetables as desired, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli all work well. 2. Shake desired Kernel Season flavor on the fresh, slice vegetables. Refrigerate and ENJOY! The Kernel Seasons’ flavors make the ordinary vegetables taste extraordinary.

Healthy Spanish Omelet
3 egg whites, 1 tsp of KS "Sour Cream & Onion", 1 tsp of Half and Half, 2 Tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 cup low fat Mexican cheese, blend mild olive oil. Mix first three ingredients in a bowl. Heat skillet to medium heat and spray with oil. Add egg mixture. Dot the mixture with onions and let cook. When the eggs are almost cooked, add cheese and fold the omelet over. Let cook 1 minute.

Flavored Sour cream
Add 2 Tablespoons of sour cream and onion seasoning to 16 oz of sour cream. Use as an appetizer dip or to top baked potatos.

Sour Cream and Onion Rolls/Biscuits
Prepare your favorite Dinner rolls or biscuits. Add butter or margarine and allow to melt. Sprinkle on Sour Cream and onion seasoning to taste. Brings life to any roll.
