Jalapeño & Cheddar Tacos
1/2 small onion, 2 Tbsp sliced black olives, 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1tsp garlic salt, 2 Tbsp jalapeño Kernel Season's, 2 Tbsp salsa & cheddar Kernel Season's salt to taste tortillas optional Lightly spray skillet with misto oil spray. Combine all ingredients and brown over medium high heat until all pink is browned. Serve in warm tortillas with salsa or by itself for a low-fat low-carb meal! Makes 2 servings.

Spicy Egg Drop Soup
1 packet of Lipton Noodle Soup, 2 egg whites (0 fat) OR 1 beaten egg (5 gr. fat), 1 cup frozen vegetables (such as corn, carrots & broccoli) 1 Tbsp Jalapeño Kernel Season's. Cook soup as directed. Add vegetables & jalapeño seasonings when you add the soup to the boiling water. Add egg during the last minute of cooking. Serves 4 cups.

Spicy Chicken Casserole
2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts cubed, 1 14oz can of cream of chicken soup, 1 chicken broth bouillon cube, 1/2 lb uncooked noodles (Radiatore; penne), 2 cups frozen vegetables thawed. Cube and cook chicken. Place into casserole dish. Meanwhile, cook noodles until al dente. Drain and add noodles to casserole. Add vegetables. Stir until well mixed. Boil approximately 1/4 cup of water in a small sauce pan. Completely dissolve bouillon cube. Add can of soup. Stir until well mixed. Add to casserole. Stir one more time. Cover, bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. After removing casserole from oven, shake 1-2 tablespoons of Jalapeno Seasoning over the casserole. Stir. Serve. Variation: Break up tortilla chips into small pieces. Sprinkle chips over the casserole before baking. Do not cover.

Quick Cereal Snack Mix
In a large plastic storage bag mix 1 cup each of your favorite Chex cereal(s). Add 1/2 cup peanuts; 1/2 cup pretzels and 1/2 cup plain bagel chips. Generously shake 2-4 Tablespoons of Jalapeno seasoning. Close bag, shake and serve.

Toughguy Pastry Puff Twists
Ingredients/equipment necessary to make Pastry Puff Twists: 1 Package of pastry puff dough (Pepperidge Farm) Seasonings of Choice, Cookie Sheet. Follow recipe on back of Pastry Puff Package. When seasoning generously season with Kernel Season’s flavors. To have a browned appearance, place egg wash on top of the twists before baking. Season this too!
