Southwestern Cheesy Sauce
With this recipe there is no need to buy macaroni & cheese at the store. In minutes, you can make this Nacho Cheddar Cheese sauce for Macaroni and Cheese or to top any meal, simply: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a sauce pan. Add 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of Nacho Cheddar seasoning. Stir until well mixed. Mix with favorite noodles. Enjoy.
Southwestern Cheddar Casserole
Ingredients: 2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts cubed, 1 14 oz can cream of chicken soup,1 chicken broth bouillon cube, 1/2 lb uncooked noodles of choice (cooked), 2 cups frozen vegetables. Cube and cook chicken. Place into casserole dish. Meanwhile, cook noodles until al dente. Drain and add noodles to casserole. Add vegetables. Stir until well mixed. Boil approximately 1/4 cup of water in a small sauce pan. Completely dissolve bouillon cube. Add can of soup to bouillon and water. Stir until well mixed add to casserole. Stir one more time. Cover, bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. After removing from the oven, shake 1-2 tablespoons of Nacho Cheddar seasoning over top of casserole. Stir and serve. Variation: Break up Doritos into small pieces. Cover the casserole with chips. Bake uncovered.
Alfredo and Cheddar Noodles
Prepare 1 package of Alfredo sauce according to package directions. Add 1 Teaspoon of Nacho Cheddar to sauce. Mix Well. Heat on low or medium heat until done. Mix well with cooked noodles.
Au gratin Potatoes
Make scalloped potatoes as usual (or just make boxed), sprinkle, Nacho Cheddar (Ranch, White Cheddar, Sour Cream and Onion) throughout before baking and then sprinkle additional seasonings on top. Delicious!! Your family will be amazed.
