Snack into summer with the classic sweet and savory southern tang in this Honey Mustard Popcorn Recipe. 


–  6 cups popped popcorn

–  1 stick of butter

–  1/4 cup honey

–  1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

–  1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

–  1 tsp. dried mustard

–  Salt (to taste)

–  Garlic powder (to taste)


–  Prepare popcorn

–  Preheat oven to 250°

–  Over medium heat, melt butter and honey

–  Add Dijon mustard, bring to simmer

–  Remove from heat and slowly pour over popcorn

–  Add onion, dried mustard, salt and garlic powder, stir

–  Line baking sheet with parchment and spread out popcorn

–  Bake for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
